Airtel is a shameless & Fraudulent Company. I made some excess payment towards my landline connection. Since I wanted the excess amount refund they taken the request on August 1st week. They clarified with all details. How did you made payment. They wanted proof of that. Later provided everything. Then they wanted a cancel cheque leaf and send that also. Very smartly they mentioned they had issued a Cheque on August 25th since it’s covid they can give excuses. Till now I had not received any cheque from them nor direct payment to my bank account. Today it’s 17th of September, no payment received nor no proper response. Whenever you send a message on social media they had a ready made answer. If they are issuing cheque why did they asked my cancel cheque leaf.

Last one received 2 days back. They are still looking into what God only knows. You call Customer care they will transfer your call to superior and he will ask time for 6 hours even after 6 days they won’t call back. You keep calling they will keep looking into it both over phone or through Social media. No response from 121 , nor from appellate
Will they allow us to use the connection without payment. This month even after excess amount I need to pay them as they mentioned since your excess amount is been send I need to pay. They won’t transfer after taking cancel cheque leaf. So you can understand their situation no money to give back so keep Cheating by saying excuses.
No one should pay advance payment to Airtel. In case if you want back it won’t be easily possible. I don’t understand he logic of taking our cancel cheque when their intention itself is not to transfer.
Im calling everyday 121 but no use. They will keep promising but no solution
Im having high BP whenever I talk to these guys as no proper response will be given
I argue to take severe action against the company for such a delay in not solving the matter. Should penalise such act of behaviour to the customer for more than 3 weeks.

Another mobile cancellation refund also not paid of Rs.1400 plus for mobile no 97467-99099
Please take serious action and claim my damages
