I booked ticket on 24.11.2021 with travolook with REF569154196 from Dehradun to Bangalore which was cancelled immediately due to operational failure. Travolook assured me for refund within 10-15 days. I mailed more than 10 times and even called at 0124-643-4800 several times but there is no refund in the debited account or in the wallet. They are simply assuring for the next day. there are several complaints on internet about them. the nature of problem is same for them. I think they are doing fraud with customers. They are harassing customers. Please do the needful.
