Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding a travel agent Tripair, address 26, Pentelis Street, 175 64, Palaio Faliro, Athens, Greece Tel.: 800035704355,+ 45 89 874497, https://www.tripair.com, mail id- tripair@tripair.com , altair@altair-travel.com, accounting@tripair.com. Tripair is owned by Altair Travel Agency , address 26, Pentelis str., Palio Faliro, 175 64 Athens, Greece Tel.: +30 210 9469 200.Who has not refunded the amount for two tickets that were cancelled by them. I had booked a flight with the travel agent on 26 june 2019 for Abu Dhabi to Delhi, and on 10May 2019, I received an email from the travel agent stating that my tickets had been cancelled due to some reasons at their end.
Since then, I have been following up with the travel agent to process my refund, but to no avail. It has been almost four years since the ticket was cancelled, and I have been waiting for my refund since then. I have been patient and have tried to resolve the issue with the travel agent, but they have not been responsive or helpful. The ticket which I booked directly by airline I got refund of those ticket but which I booked by Tripair agent I have been waiting for refund.
As a consumer, I believe that I have the right to receive a refund for a service that was not provided. The travel agent cancelled my ticket, and therefore, it is their responsibility to refund the amount in full. I have provided all the necessary information and documents required by the travel agent to process my refund, but they have not taken any action in this regard.
I request you to kindly intervene in this matter and help me in getting my refund as soon as possible. The delay in receiving my refund has caused me significant inconvenience and financial hardship. I look forward to your prompt action in this regard. I am a citizen of India and you are only my last hope. I request that their website should be shut down. I believe that it is important to take action against such fraudulent practices in order to protect other consumers from falling victim to Tripair’s deceitful tactics.
