I have booked Ticket on 26 July -2021 with Reference No. REF641988498 With travolook.in but it get cancelled within their own system , still I haven’t received my refund as their Customer executives all the time convey within week you will get refund but it never happen in reality.

I have a booking ticket on 26th July from your website travel look.in and that ticket automatically canceled from travolook side,already have spoken to the customer care 15 to 20 times, customer care told me every time you will get your refund full amount within 5-7 working days, but still i have not received my refund amount from your travolook side, I humbly request to you please refund my amount immediately ASAP.

I have also booked and same thing happened they are not refunded yet.
I think they are totally fraud.
