I applied for jio giga fibre on 9th of dec, 2018 but installation has not been so i raised a complain request sr00000u72mo on 29th of dec, 2018. I followed 8-10 times to customer care for the status of my complaint but they always tell me same thing that your service request is pending with the concerned team. Around 4th feb 2019 they told me that your request has been cancelled you need to raise a request. So i asked them to refund my money but they said it will take 2 months from the date of cancellation i. E 29th of dec. I did not got connection and i didn’t cancelled jio connection but still i have to wait for my refund. I waited till 29th of feb for my refund, i again called customer care, he raised one more service request for refundĀ 
Sr00000vwa19 saying that you will get an update by 4th mar, 2019. Today is 9th of march and i did not received any response. I dropped them, tried to call customer care but now i am not able to connect to customer care. I was not expecting this kind of irresponsible service from reliance. I feel cheated, they kept my money for 3 months and am paying interest to my credit card company. I am at loss.

They told me that I will receive my refund by 1st march but its been over a month 4th April, 2019. I am getting same response that team is working on this. Now am not able to connect customer care also.

Please help me.
