we booked tickets through varafi.com from jaipur to bangalore .we got a call from varafi people that tickets got aborted 5 days before travel .they told refund will happen with in 7 days but it was not happend its almost 11 days over.if we are calling them they are telling with in 24 hours but its not happening. almost daily calling. please resolve the issue
