Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Jagadish Ram from Kanchrapara, I am a saving account holder of Bank of Baroda, Kanchrapara Branch……I was booked a 4 train tickets on Paytm but som reason i was cancel 3 train tickets of 4 train tickets…But still i received 195 rupess only but my actual amount is 585 rupess…..then i was connect to Paytm Customer Care, Paytm care told me 585 rupees amount is settled at my Bank of Baroda Saving account and 3 referance number provide by Paytm care…..Then I was connect to BoB customer care, they told me to visit branch, When i visit Kanchrapara Bank of Baroda, They are missbeahave and told this problem have no solution then i connet to BoB care via Mail, branch visit, Twitter , Telephone. But 2 months happen still I have not received my amount…..Paytm also requested to BoB…….
Please look at this matter…..
