Text of Complaint by Mayank lakhani:

I have booked one self drive car from zoomcar mobile application on 1ith august 2020 (booking ID JPS6NDJDO) fare amounting INR 3,020, due to some emergency i have cancled my booking on19th august 2020, as per company’s policy to initiate refund it will take 30 days, despite of many mails to customer care i haven’t received any reply from zoomcar and still my refund worth INR 2,820 is not received.

 

I am requesting you to please help me to get back my refund
