With reference to booking Reference No. : REF793545453 and REF177420584 i have booked flight from BLR to VTZ . Travlook cancelled my ticket and told that you will receive refund with in 7 days but still i didn’t receive any amount . They are not even sharing any communication that your refund initiated . Please help me to register a complain for this site .
