I had requested for a broadband connection however due to some reasons it didn’t went well. After that I requested for refund and on 3rd of August I got confirmation that my refund has been initiated and the same will reflect in my original payment mode within 7 working days. But today it is 9th working day and still there is sign of any refund to my account. I have sent multiple followup emails on this then also i did received any information or reply from the team.
If there is any refund initiated then could the team share the same (tracking id or trnsaction details) on top of my followup email so I will be tracking it from my side.
