Text of Complaint by Ajay Takale:

I would like to bring to your attention that I have not received the refund for my bike booking, which was cancelled on 10 January 2023. I am quite disappointed that the refund amount has not been credited to my account till date.

I had booked a bike for 29 Slept 2022 and had made a payment of 10000 through my account. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my booking and I received an email confirmation from your company that the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days as per your refund policy.

It has been well over a 9th month now, and I am yet to receive the refund amount. I have personally visited your office at SP road branch pune, called the customer care service several times, and also sent a few emails on the matter, but there has been no positive response so far.

I would request you to look into this matter on an urgent basis, and process the refund at the earliest. I hope to receive a positive response from your end soon.
So I am taken legal action against revolt company.
