I had tried to book flight tickets on a website called Travolook (www.travolook.in/). They processed the amount but within few minutes I got a call from them, and they told me the tickets could not be booked due to some difference in fare and they gave me two options, first to pay the remaining amount and second, to cancel. So I chose to cancel the ticket and they told me they’d provide refund withing 7-14 days. Now after ten days, they’re stating the same reason that it would take 7 working days minimum, but i have my doubts, hence I’m making this complaint.
