I booked a ticket from travolook.com site on 11dec 2020 for delhi to bangalore on 12 dec 2020 and return bangalore to delhi on 13 dec 2020.After booking ticket for Rs 27412 , support called from travolook and said you need to pay more 4000 for booking seat.I refused to pay so said to cancel ticket.They said will refund me back the amount.Its been 24 days and no update .Not taking calls also and not replying mails.
Without enough money i booked ticket and later due to cancellation and promise from their side that they will refund back I had to book another ticket .
