I ordered a product (Samsung S20+) from Flipkart worth Rs. 48749 on 15th Oct 2020 through my SBI debit card. My Refund Ref Number is PZT2010151200D5C6F04 . I cancelled the product on 27th Oct 2020 due to delay in delivery and they are accepted and processed my refund amount (they told me that this amount should be credited to your account by 28th Oct 2020) to my debit card. Refund ID is CR20102720100810133739207. but it is not helpful. I contacted the Flipkart team so many times but nothing happened. They only told me to ask your bank. I did everything but no response from that end. This procedure wasted my time a lot. Till date this amount (48749) is not received. I am very disappointed. If the seller is really initiated or flipkart really initiated my money, it would be reflected in my account in maximum one week. This is a fraud against me.
