Greetings!!
My name is Sundeep Singh
I am your very old customer for the last 6-7 years
I purchased a Red Tape T shirt on 10th July 2022 who i have returned due to some issue. Order ID-40368133148747535). I had made the payment through UPI mode but when you have random pick my very old bank which is deactivated now to return my account without my permission. Now, I have not received any amount from your side. Bank is also refusing that they have not received any amount from amazom for the same (bank reply mail is attached herewith for your reference).
My case is already handled by you customer care Mr. Nitin, he has promised me that your amount will be refunded in the amazon pay balance within 24 hours but still the amount is not issued by your side.
It is my request to you that please look into the matter on an urgent basis. I am very disappointed about the delay of my refund.
Please do the needful on priority basis otherwise I will go to consumer court for the same issue.
