I had booked the ticket through Travolook website on 19th April 2022 .money were deducted but ticket was not booked due to their operational issue.Later I received a call from Travolook saying that ticket was bot booked due to some error.. They have committed that money will get refunded within 5 to 10 days.. But after 45 days is over but still money is not refunded . Many times had called to customer care and sent mail also.. but issue is remains same. Ticket cancelled Ref409869875. Kindly help for refund.
