My name is Abhik Nath. I have tried to make a booking from travelook.in on 17.03.2022 with the booking reference number of REF863095588 with an amount of Rs 5813 which was cancelled immediately and I was promised that I will get back the refund amount within 1 week. Today is 15.04.2022 and yet I have not received the amount in my bank account and the company have been constantly delaying the due date. Please look into the matter and provide me a solution as soon as possible.
