I booked a ticket from Srinagar to pune on 16th nov 21 pax 3 from travelook site and paid amount 17000/- and they cancelled the ticket saying that their is some operation Issue till today’s date I haven’t received any refund from them customer care for this site is also fake they only answer the call and do not give any appropriate information
