I have booked a flight ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore for INR 6836 . Ticket got cancelled due to fare fluctuations and a person called from travolook said that ticket has been cancelled and amount will be refunded within 10 working days . It’s been a month now and still I didn’t receive the funds. Kindly look into this issue urgently as many people are facing the same issue.
