Hello,
I had a installation request which was auto cancelled due to installation was not performed in 7 days. I got a cancellation message stating that the amount will be refunded in 15 days. I have attached the same message as a screenshot and now it’s been a month and I did not receive any. Connections have been booked twice and the refund has been not processed. We got a message that the amount will be processed in 15 days and the customer care says its 60 days. And the customer care is so reckless that they say we don’t care what you got but this is what we can do and we don’t have any information on the messages you got. What a pathetic support we have and now iam doubting Jio.
