Dear Sir,

I have availed internet broadband services from ION Bangalore and it was disconnected on 13th May 2022 and till date they have not refunded my amount.

I have taken up the matter with them by email and there was no proper response from them.

I have also shared my Bank Statement and till date thy are telling it was refunded.

I have also asked them to share there Bank statement but there is no response from their end.

In this regard I request you to help in getting my refund amount.
