I cancelled a train ticket booked through google pay but the refund amount of 6740/- rs is not yet credited to my bank account. For many days it was showing processing and one day automatically it got successfully processed but i checked my bank account it was not credited. I waited for some days and yet I didn’t get any refund amount. I contacted google pay customer executives and they just keep on saying that your money is safe with us and you shall receive your money after you share your bank statement from the date of transaction. I provided my bank statement countless times through email but yet no response from their side.
Transaction was done on 1 November 2019 and yet I haven’t received a single penny.
Please look into this matter ASAP.
