Hello,
Its been a really bad experience with travolook.
Since 23rd April, i have booked my ticket and from travolook itself have cancelled and gave some rubbish exuses.
I am waiting for refund since 50+ days.
I contacted support@travolook.in.
My ref no : REF406296395
Customer care says there is no access of email from their side.
Really how they are running an travel company. If they really want business, this is not way to do it.
Its fraud.
If any one helps how to resolve this, will be much appreciated.
