Hello Grievance Team,
This mail is in reference to order id: OD225334500910325000 of Microtek EM4160+ Digital Display For AC up to 1.5 Ton, I purchased and canceled the order on the same date 29th June. The amount of 1999/- has been debited from my account but not refunded on the cancellation of the product. Please find the account statement attached herewith which clearly shows that the amount 1999/- debited on 29th June but not credited yet.
Can you please take a look at this issue and resolve it on priority?
