I have booked flight tickets from pune to Allahabad on 3 Oct through Travolook.in website for Rs 4011.
My booking reference was REF670076397.
After paying the amount the ticket was not booked.
I called the customer care multiple times but they always say that amount will be refunded in 7 days but nothing is happening
