I had booked flight tickets from travolook.com between Bangalore to amritsar on 8th Jan 2022 and the ticket got cancelled within few minutes of booking and I got a mail that there would be a refund with in 7-8 working days. Today is 25th January 2022 but the amount is not refunded and I have tried multiple times to them through customer service number provided in the mail but they are not replying correctly
