I have purchased one pair of men formal shoe centrino 8681-3 size 6 uk Tan with order# 404-8587609-5641911 from Amazon on dated 20th feb 2022 with amount of Rs 969,but i have returned the product due to low quality,till now i have not received the refund amount. For that issue i have call Amazon costomer care several times but there is no response they told me that talk to bank staff of PNB, but i call to the customer care PNB,they can not able to solve the problem, so plz settle the problem.
