I booked a ticket on 4th April 2021 to travel from HYDERABAD to MADURAI. But my ticket was cancelled by TRAVOLOOK due to increase in flight fare & asked me for additional amount, but I denied to pay. TRAVOLOOK informed me that your amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days. With Multiple follow-up from the customer care & every time they gave a new excuse and new timeline of the next 7-10 working days.
Still my refund amount is pending.
