I have booked a flight ticket on Dec 2nd 2021 and due to some personal reasons I have cancelled the ticket with the help of customer support on Dec 7th 2021.
They told me to wait for 30-35 days to receive the refunded money.
But i have been waiting from last 40 days still I didn’t any money and when I call the customer service they are telling pls wait another 5-7 working days and its keep on repeating.
I didn’t get any confirmation and they are always saying wait wait wait…
I need a clarification that when can I receive my money back and I felt bad with customer service as they are speaking very rudely.
