I had booked a ticket from Lucknow to Mumbai for 6th June 2022. The booking was cancelled within 20 minutes on 4th June 2022. When I had a conversation with one of the executives they had informed me that within 10 working days the refund amount would be credited to my account. But it’s been more than 3 months but the refund amount has not been credited yet.
