I tried to book a ticket from chennai to trichy on 30/06/2023 in TNSTC app i l confirmed the journey details and proceeded to pay the amount. I received the payment link from TNSTC app. I paid amount of 375 through paytm. amount got deducted from my bank account but ticket did not booked in TNSTC app. I request to refund my amount. I attached the screenshot of bank statement
