I have raised multiple request for the refund from meesho app but no good reply m getting…. This app is not giving clear solution…. I have paid total amount of Rs. 2623/- for different items for meesho product but few items after receiving I have returned it due to some quality issue, so they have given back refund amount to simpl app…. On this same simpl app not crediting back to my original bank account

Hello my name is Kunal, I have used Simpl pay later application for Tickets and Zomato, I paid the bill for Rs 6618.11 , Payment was successful and money got debited from my account , But still payment is not updated and there agents are calling and harrassing me, I have the prove of the payment, Please take action as soon as possible
