Dear Team,
This is Raghava Raju T V, had prepaid Jio Fiber connection (with land number : 04035929943) in the past. This connection was cancelled on 11-08-2022 (Cancellation request raised on 06-08-2022).
After cancellation of the connection, device pick-up request has been raised (Request number : CO0000OERYGS) on 11-08-2022.
For collection of device pick-up and arranging refund amount, i have raised an escalation request on 13-08-2022 (Request number: SR00001CW495). But the escalation request has been closed today without collecting the device and asking for the feedback on the closed request.
After this I have called customer care to pick the device multiple times with complaint numbers SR00001D526U etc.
Today again I have called the customer care executive and raised escalation for collecting the device with complaint number: SR00001DU6GH.
I request team to check and arrange to collect the device and arrange refund money. Multiple follow ups are creating mental strains to me.
Also i have escalated to Appellate authority through mails but no use or positive outcome. Mail communications attached.
I request you to ensure the same support at the time of taking the new connection and also during cancellation to the customer.
Kindly please check with the team and arrange device pick-up on time and arrange my refund amount.
Kindly give the same importance in resolving the concerns for the customers who are cancelling their connections and seeking for their refund amount.
