Text of Complaint by Pradeep singh sisodia:

I Placed an order with Adidas which was delivered to me on 2th Jan 2023. Due to an issue with the of the product that was ordered, I immediately raised a return request with Adidas. After 1 month attempts of raising the request, the order was finally picked up by the courier partner on 2th of Feb. I received an email from Adidas on feb 18 2023, I was asked by Adidas to provide my bank details over email since it was a cash on delivery order, the refund was to be on the respective bank account. 16 days after the pick up stating that the refund will be processed within 2-4 days. It has been 22 days since the pick up however, no refund has been received by me. Today, on 24th feb when I Spoke to the customer service team they blatantly told me that again fill the refund from is therefore not processed.I cannot keep waiting for the refund especially of an amount of Rs2000. Kindly assist in resolving the issue.
