I had ordered 3 lehengas from paytm mall and the payment mode was COD ,because of some quality issues I didn’t like them and returned 3 of them.it has been picked up by the agent on 21st oct 2018 and the refund has not been credited yet to my account. I have updated my NEFT details too.I have been trying to reach customer care service over call but call was kept on hold. I waited for over 30 minutes but no use.I am really disappointed and frustrated.
When I wote on their Facebook page they came up with a response asking me to denddendmy bank details.once again I submitted my bank details they said may bank details has updated on 8th Nov 2018 and it will get credited after 14 working days. I waited for the given time then I again connected to them and they asked me to send the bank details.i updated again and now they are saying my bank details have been updated on 27 Nov and I should to wait for 14 working days again
It’s been more than 1 and half month
I didn’t get any refund amount in my accy
