CASE I :- I order product( order id 7400060 and order no. EP3509728) on 16 May and i received it at 25 May but I returned it due to wrong product was sent from Dhani. But yet I did not received my refund amount which was 399₹ AND CASE II :- another same problem I am facing from 4 july as you can see I uploaded screenshot from my order history the second problem is same that i order ( order id 8906276 and order no. EP4157612) product from Dhani application on 7 June but i don’t know why they cancel my order but didn’t provide me my refund amount 52.93₹ actually in second case there are 3 product and received only 2 products refund amount which was 186.07₹ ( 112.47₹ + 73.60₹) and remaining amount didn’t received. So this is humble request please take an eye on my problem which I am facing last 4 months.
