I booked two tickets from TRAVOLOOK from Mumbai yo Kochi , to which the amount was deducted from my account stating the booking in progress and will get tickets in half an hour. Later they said there were operational issues and could not book tickets, hence amount will be refunded in 14 days. Even after repeated follow-ups, I havent received my money back. It is more than 60 days now.
They keep lying on face and their customer staff is well trained to delay anything you ask.
To their satisfaction a receipt from airlines have also been presented to them.

This seems like cyber fraud.
