I booked ticket from TRAVOLOOK to which first I didn’t got any tickets then when after one day when airline cancelled the flight. TRAVOLOOK is refusing to refund any amount.
Its been more than 10 to 15 days and its still the same response of please wait. They keep lying on face and their customer staff is well trained to delay anything you ask.
To their satisfaction a receipt from airlines have also been presented to them.Reference Number for booking REF514829726
