I have booked airline ticket through travlook.com from BLR to Prayagraj on 13th/Oct/2021. but due to technical glitch they have cancelled the the ticket. till now I didn’t get my refund amount yet. called many times and drop an email also always getting the false promises and next date for refund.

i had booked a ticket Mumbai to Goa for the 27th of this month, at travolook site, i paid the ticket amount ,but later they cancelled the ticket saying that ticket cancelled due to change in flight fare. REF NO862697171.
