I booked two tickets from TRAVOLOOK to which first I didn’t got any tickets then when after one day when airline cancelled both flights TRAVOLOOK is refusing to refund any amount.
Its been more than 42 – 43 days and 31 working days and its still the same response of please wait. They keep lying on face and their customer staff is well trained to delay anything you ask.
To their satisfaction a receipt from airlines have also been presented to them.

14th August 2021, I have cancelled my Air ticket (from Delhi to Maldives spicejet) but yet I did not get any refund…
Now they are playing with words …
Even I faced same issue it’s been more than a month.. I am not getting my refund. They keep saying have some issue with ur bank.. When I threatened they gave me, solution to refund to their wallet.. But m not sure if that is ok.
Please help if anybody got any solution.

Travolook is a scam website. Money will be deducted from your account and then cancel the booking and you will get a mail saying refund initiated.
This happened with me in Nov 2020. After more than a month of calling and mailing , they always would say matter is been looked upon by refund team ,etc.
Then I filed a online complaint in consumer helpline and after some time I did get my money back
