I am having business account and one order was returned on dated 03.11.2021 but after 65 days left still I have not received the refund amount (In amazon pay balance). I called up may times in the customer care but they said that the order cancelled from your end and this product was not picked up, but I attached valid proof that materials picked up from me and I taken snap during the handover time of product to assigned courier boy.
