I am as student, who studies law.
Came to know that my last exams will be held on 18th of January 2022.
So in excitement of going home from Hostel, I myself search flights from Bangalore To Patna, where the first tap was of Travelook.com where i had submitted every details of mine and created the account.
After paying the amount i got a mail regarding my booking which stated that I need to wait for 30 minutes till airlines confirmation mail will come. But after waiting for 10 mins only i got a mail regarding my booking cancellation where it was stated from the Travelooks company that my whole amount of money will be refunded which is ₹2991.
But I haven’t received my money yet.
When i trued calling their customer care no. Which is 0124-6434800, but they never received my call.
