On 13-9-21 I done rechrge of my airtel no from airtel app, money was deducted but recharge not done system failure.
Today 14-9-21 I got a msg from airtel that full mount refund to my wallet.
But when I check my wallet money is less than hoe much we pay.
Customer care said you add money in wallet so this is the 2℅ charge for money add from card to Wallet.
But my question is I’m not using airtel wallet for other uses, I’m just rechrge my phone, your system was faild… Why I pay extra 2 ℅ charge for your systm failure.
I also said to customer care, you can refund my full amout to my card or you can recharge my phone with the same amount I don’t want money in my wallet but they deny.
I just want plz recharge my phone number or refund my full amount that’s it.
I also send a mail to airtel.
