Dear sir,
I am Rajesh Kumar majhi, this mail only contain some issues of refund.
I was booked a flight ticket 10/05/2021 and the reference id is REF125905947. But my ticket was cancelled. So in this case my ticket amount was reverse in 7 to 10 days in my account. But I don’t received any amount in my account.
In this reason, I was call 4 to 5 time in company customers care number. They received my call and says that the company was pay in once time but they were some technical issues, so can’t amount not transferred to your account. But last time company guider says that you can receive your money back in last Friday means 18/06/2021. But I did not receive any money in my account. So please, you are pay my actual amount 4295.

Dear Team,
This email is regarding Travolook fraudulent business practice. I booked two tickets with reference number REF362647052 and REF408858088. Tickets were booked on 28th May and 22nd May respectively .
REF362647052 ( Rs. 3418) — Ticket was not booked due to some operational reasons ( as told by Travolook).
REF408858088 ( Rs. 5337) — Flight cancelled.
I am still struggling to get the money back. Please help.
