Dear Sir,
I am try to get refunding time in, service agents, to want to my banking details asking, then I was try to awaid.

Same condition here,
I received the refund amount after 2 month later ,after many of Calls to customer care number.
Whenever I called to customer care number,they said you will receive the amount in next 15days.
Very bad services of travolook.
