I ordered a product (Shaneels soft taffeta silk fully stitched anarkali embroidered gown, order number – 402-6522803-0237908, mode of payment – cash on delivery) in October 2020, got a wrong product, so i returned it on November 4, 2020. But i haven’t got my amount yet. I called in customer care services more than 10 times but still got no response from the company. I want my amount in amazon pay balance.
