I have placed a request for closing airtel broadband and landline (011-42958036) around 6-7 months back. The same has been done already long time back and Airtel has also taken back all the hardware. There is an excess amount of 3225.37/- in my account which they have not refunded since 6 months. I have sent them all the information that they asked for like cancelled cheque, account details and have written them so many mails. Everytime they tell me it will take 2 more days and almost 5-6 months are over. They only reply to email and don’t do anything else. They are making a fool of us since so many months. It is just a case of we asking for our money back and we are begging infront of them. Hope the same would be taken care of
