Hi team,
Please draw your attention towards this issue. As it’s been close to a month, issue hasn’t resolved yet.
We have recharged amount of 1512 on 8-12-18 in advance to conyinue the HD Channels. However, all the channels were deactivated. Post visiting to the nearest branch they have informed that 1512 package is no longer available and hence had to recharge 400/- package.
2 complaints were raised.but there was no action.complaint no:- 84032854. Payment department would redunr the amount to the account was told to us which didn’t happen.
Can you close this on priority. Else,I will have to pick this up further which would lead to consequences.
