Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Anvesh Babu Medida, i had booked a flight for my wife Mathangi Ramya in Travolook.com Website from New Delhi to Vijayawada on 14 May 2021. After booking the flight i got a refernce number i.e REF363655884 as my booking reference.
2. After some time i received another message that your booking has been cancelled due to fare expiration immediately i called to travolook customer care , they said that within 10 to 14 working days your amount will be credited.
3. After 14 days i called back them about my refund they said that due to some technical issues the amount is not reflected and siad please be wait 3 to 5 working days more.
4. They are repeating this process last two months and my amount is tll date not refunded.
5. You are requesting that direct them to refund my amount as early as possible. It’s already been crossed two months. They are repeating the same thing again and again that please be wait 3 to 5 working days some times 7 to 10 working days and sometimes 10 to 14 working days. I have been waited almost two months.
6. Threrefore you are requesting you to do the needful at the earliest. Comeplete document detailes have been attached herewith.
