I tried having my booking on 08th October from Travolook Website. Reference No: REF761078585, Passenger name: Raina Pal. Money got deducted from my account of Rs.11938, without getting the flight details.
It’s been 1 month now, and after continuous follow-up from your customer service team, I have still not received my refund.
